Re: Texas winter storm

I also experienced a power outage in Texas. I want to check whether I am available for a credit refund?

Hello, @xbradley! The issues in the area affected everyone in different ways. I know most were without power which led to service being down. If your service was down after power was up, I can definitely dig into this further. Please send me a private message including your first and last name, so I can assist you. To send me a Private Message, please click my name “ComcastVianney” and click “Send a message.” Thank you.

Hi @xbradley and thank you for reaching out to us via our Forum. I would like to first state that I hope you and your loved ones are doing well and everyone is safe during this time. Being without service would be frustrating and this is never something we want for you to experience. I know I would be reaching out if I was in your shoes too!

If your power had been restored and you were still without Comcast services, please feel free to send me a private message with your first/last name and service address so we can check if you are eligible for any additional credits. Just click on my name "ComcastPeterH" and you will see the option to send me a message. Thank you!
