Hi there! 

I am also struggling with my bill due to Covid related reduced hours at work and need a little bit of an extension past the 30th of this month. I know I am already past due. I will have my past due paid by 12/31. Or if I could have my late fees reimbursed for the past 24 months I could make the payment by the due date since that would lower it. Thanks for any assistance! 🙂

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above. Your account is showing as not eligible for a payment arrangement.

As a courtesy, we have credited back any late charges incurred over the past 24 months plus an additional credit for your loyalty.
