Randomly Received a collection notice from Sequium Asset Solutions
Hi there,
I randomly received an email from Sequiul Asset Solutions stating I owe them $59.26 at an address I haven’t lived at for a while. Furthermore, I never used their equipment and was able to cancel my service without fee as I was moving. I talked with many agents before even proceeding.
Please resolve this issue immediately and remove the charge from my account. I also request that you contact Sequium Asset Solutions, LLC, and inform them that this debt is invalid and that they should stop contacting me.

@user_fy7l99 Hello and thanks for your post. We are happy to investigate your past account and provide proper resolution for this case. Please feel free to send us a direct message with your full name and complete address:
(Full credit to @BruceW for this excellent explanation!)
"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I had the same happening to me today. 0 communication from Xfinity about me owing them something after I moved. Checked my emails, physical mail and nothing. I am still their customer and they charge my card every month, but they completely messed this up and my credit score. I discovered it today and I was planning to buy a house! I am actually seeing more comments from other people and decided to take a legal action against Xfinity. Now I cant purchase the house and my 800+ score is now in low 700s. I am not letting them go away with this
