Question Regarding Possible Payments in error

I was paying $120.80 monthly based on my contract/discount for my services.  When my discount expired in January, 2026, I called to see if there were any current discounts and was told that there were not any at that time. I began being charged $149.80 beginning in February 2026.

I called back again in September to ask for any possible discounts and was told at that time that my apartment complex Sixes Ridge Apartments (Equity Apartments) Canton, GA provides internet service to residents at the apartment complex.  I was then set up for a monthly charge of $35 which includes $10 for internet.  I found out that the complex has been offering community internet since July, 2025.

It would seem that I have been overpaying for my internet services since July of 2025.

I am respectfully requesting an investigation into this matter and a refund for my over-payment amounts.

Thank you so much for your assistance with this matter!
