Hello: I am just about ready to leave xfinity. I turned in a tv box no longer needed and the next thing I know? The store agent switched me to an updated plan. Instead of going down my bill went up, way up!
I can't affordthis type of plan and xfinity fails to honor my original plan that doesn't expire until 2027.
what am I supposed to do now?
I see no other option than to leave xfinity
