Promotional Plan Scam
I signed up for the 5 year plan at $50 a month. Every customer service agent and technician I spoke to in the last year confirmed it was a 5 year plan. Suddenly, I am not being charged $30 more a month for the same plan. When I called to ask why they saif I only signed up for the 1 year plan. I argued and looked through my billing statement and emails but nothing said anything about a 1 year or 5 year. They just said "on their end" it says 1 year. What a scam.

I know it can be quite frustrating to have put in the effort to double-check something, but still not come out with the right results. You should be able to see promotional details like the promotional discount amount and promotion end date on your bill statement whilst you were on the promotion. Have you attempted to go back a few months and read the green writing on page 3 of your billing statement? I'll place two articles below that would help with doing so.
