Problem getting my refund

The services never worked from the start. They took $25 from my checking account at the beginning. When they couldn't get it working I asked to cancel, returned the equipment to the Xfinity store in Long Branch, NJ and they said the account was closed and I would get a credit. Next month they billed my account and removed $94.39 from my checking account even though the account was closed. Had to make another trip to the Xfinity store because I can't reach a human being on the phone and the chat is useless. The person at the store guaranteed the account was closed and they would no longer take money from the checking account. They said the credit of $119.39 would be returned to my checking account in about a week. It has been longer than a week and no credit yet.
