price increases

First off, your customer service, or lack of is a disgrace. I started your service in November 18th at $ 25, december $ 30.90  January and February $ 63.90 per. March and April $ 63.90 per, now May 18th  $ 75.90. Please explain in detail how and why this service goes up so often ? With the customer service you offer, I am considering another company even if it costs more, your internet is fine, its the customer service that is horrible.     Michael [Edited: "Personal Information"].
