Price Increase

My monthly price increased by $50 which is ridiculous without any notification. Why did this go up so high? There is no email or number that is able to answer my question. It is very difficult to get any answer with your current customer support.

Hey there user_1ra3kx 👋 We never want you to experience any big price increase that you don't have to, so I appreciate you coming to us for help! If you just noticed a big increase, that usually means you had some form of promotional or contract discount that recently expired. The good news about that though is that if you're just coming off of a promotion of any kind, there should definitely be new ones to get your account setup with 👍

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account, we can take a look at the available offers for the account.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

You can see how to send us a direct message here,

We need a real person to answer and help!  Why price hikes!?  No expl.  My bill jumped from $87 to $107.  Did a Discount Expire?  What happened?

No way to reach a real person, or answer.

Comcast/ Xfinity by avoiding answering you are turning off customers!

Hey @user_tvvusx, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. From the sound of your comment, it sounds like your promotional campaign has come to an end. We highly recommend reviewing your Xfinity billing statement as all promotional details and price increase notifications are listed. You can visit our 'View your Xfinity billing statement history' support page which will provide steps on viewing a digital copy of your service bills to review your recent account changes.
