price creep
I’ve been an Xfinity customer since 2022. When I first signed up, I was paying $40/month total for internet and phone. Over time, my bill has increased significantly and I’m now paying $45 for phone and $87 for internet.
I’ve consistently paid on time and would like to continue my service, but the current pricing is no longer sustainable—especially compared to new customer promotional rates.
I’m requesting that an Xfinity representative review my account to see if there are any loyalty discounts, promotional pricing, or alternative plans available to help reduce my monthly bill.
