Price change without notice.

I just got off the phone with an agent who helped me order an Xfinity gateway to replace my personal equipment.  When I got off the phone I received an email stating that my bill had gone from $60 to 100$ a month.  I understand the gateway costs 15$ a month.  When I went online the price for the exact same package that I was already paying 60$ for I am now paying roughly 90$ for without any notice.  This is unacceptable and I expect it to be reversed or I will be taking action.

It sounds as though a promotion you were on ended.  Anytime your bill is going to change for your plan there will be a notice in your billing statement, usually the month before, or maybe two months before.  So, what you're seeing is your current bill, not your bill after changing your plan.  On your following statement you may see prorated charges.

No that is not the case.  This change in pricing occurred the minute the representative put in the order for my equipment rental.
