Prepaid debit Mastercard is not working

My prepaid Mastercard link was sent to my email yesterday. I activated the link and the balance shows 200 dollars. I have tried using this card online at 3 different places, the card gets declined every single time. Help!!

You've contacted the right place for support, and I'd like to investigate the prepaid card not working as I want to ensure you're able to utilize the $200 gift card. I appreciate the information you've provided, it's helpful to know you have activated it. Reviewing it looks like it may need to be added to your profile, was this step done?

Hi there, @user_jzybbn! Congratulations on your prepaid card! We want that working for you without issue. Did you activate the card and it is declining when you are trying to use it? The cards last for 6 months, has the card expiration date passed?
