Plan pricing increased after transferring service
Xfinity has been infuriating. After transferring service, theyve messed up my account several times with my plan pricing and are making me pay more. I was in a 2 year contract until 2027 so my pricing and services should stay the same. I am moving just 3 miles away within the same city. One rep was able to fix it for me, then my account got messed up again, and now another rep and supervisor are telling me they cant get me the same plan I previously had. No consistencies. Please help!!!

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
