Placed a xfinity now internet order And paid but now can't find the order

I had xfinity now internet service and I was trying to change the speed and change my payment method and was speaking to an agent and somehow canceled my service and after speaking to 8 people everyone said I need to start over and wait four a new modern even though mine is still connected but whatever so I did the steps to add now internet it said it would ship me a modem and took the money off the card but I received no email and have no way to even see the other and customer service said they don't see it. It popped up quick saying it was pending then disappeared completely.  My email has 2 accounts linked to it and it's not on either.

Please accept my most sincere apology, but we do not have access to the NOW Internet tools needed to help look up account information, billing assistance, and troubleshooting. This is all handled through our dedicated NOW Internet team which is available through our Xfinity Assistant chat.

The easiest way to get in contact with the NOW Internet chat team is using the Xfinity App while signed in to your NOW Internet account. You can also attempt to Click Here to open an Xfinity Assistant chat, but you may need to go through a few prompts and sign in before asking for a NOW Internet representative. Alternatively, an Xfinity Store may be able to help as well and pull up some limited account information.
