Pending payment

So i havent paid my bill since last year i just paid it today I was on comcast essentials it said confirmed payment but i also see that The payment pending right now does anybody know how long i got to wait to have my internet service running Again in my house

Typically, it can take up to 24 hours for the payment to completely process and turn the service back on automatically. SO I can help get it back online, can you send us a direct message?

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
