Peacock Premium being charged and it shouldn’t

Hi! I recently just switched to xfinity home wifi with 1 gig. I am supposed to have a Peacock Premium subscription for free for 2 years (which I activated) but when I go in to add a streaming bundle and look at the bill, there are now 2 Peacock Premium charges. One shows as free per the offer and the other shows a $12.99 charge. I’m very confused. Is that supposed to look that way or do I need to call someone to have the $12.99 charge removed?

Thanks!

user_jb0rqy I would be asking the same question if I were in your shoes too. When you activated your Peacock subscription that came with your plan did you already have an active Peacock subscription under the same email address?

Great question. We do have a current subscription but it is under my wife’s email address and not mine/the one we used for our Xfinity WiFi…
