Can I pay bill late? It is due on May 13th and I wonder if I can pay it on June 3rd

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message

Thanks for the response, and we are happy to help you work through that. Can you try clearing the cookies and cache on your browser? After trying that you should have that option available, so we can work together over DM.
