@user_316709. Can you provide more details on this? Are multiple different forms of payment declining? You are paying online through Xfinity site?
Yes I have tried multiple payments and keep saying payment declined
@user_316709. If your financial institutions say everything is fine I recommend calling 1-800-Xfinity and if you get a prompt to speak, say "payment services". If that doesn't respond say "billing"
