How can I download payment receipts for the last 2 months?
I need them to reimburse Internet expenses.

They don't accept what you showing on the web site or in the app.
I need a pdf document or at least email confirmation which I did not receive for the last month.

I know I can download billing statements, but I asked about payment receipts or confirmations, not about billing statements.
Can I get payment receipts somewhere?

Billing statements PDFs do not include payments made to the account.
Do I call customer service for this?
