Hi I need to apply for the 12 month payment plan there was a payment maked on the bill for 383.00 back in may of this year with a check I don’t have a checking account one told me anything about this until in November my balance with from 200 dollars to 900 plus I give two payment in November I need to be able to get the 12 month payment plan I live  alone with no help I’m a very valuable customer for 10 years I need my service to stay on I have a life support system hooked up to the phone line help me to keep my service on I have up to the 10th to pay the balance this is way I need the plan I apply for the 30 dollar discount each month.
