Payment methods page fails to load

I want to update one of my credit cards on file.  When I click on "

Payment methods

4 saved" I get to the page https://payments.xfinity.com/methods which shows an error:


ERROR

Sorry, this isn’t working right now

Please return to My Account Overview while we resolve the issue.

Have you attempted to clear the cache/cookies on your local device to see if you encounter the same error code/message? Alternatively, you can attempt to enter InPrivate or Incognito Mode to disable any features or add-ons that may be encountering an error?

That is awesome to hear @user_0dknz2. You may need to clear the cache/cookies as there may be a conflict not allowing the web portal to be accessed. You may also be able to use the Xfinity App on your mobile device to quickly and easily access the Xfinity account, billing, and services. Was there anything more we could assist you with this afternoon to help make your experience an even better one?

To confirm, are you experiencing this same error when trying to make a payment online or through the XFINITY app? If you are trying on the web, have you tried an alternate web browser or clearing cache and cookies? Payments can also be made directly through our IVR system by contacting 1-800-XFINITY.
