Payment Method Page won't load

I've been trying to update my billing info for a month. 

Every time I log in to Xfinity I go to "payment methods" (https://payments.xfinity.com/methods) and it says "sorry this is taking a bit longer than we expected".

Then eventually the page loads and just says "Sorry, this isn't working right now". 

How can I change my credit card? Why is the most basic part of the dashboard not working for over a month? This is absurd.

We are not having any widespread issues with this part of our site. Have you tried a different browser or the app to see if that allows you to make the change?
