Payment issue.

My bank account has been stolen an trying to make a one time payment for the 28th of December as I don't have any money in bank for automacticpayment

Sorry to hear about the stolen card, that is rough, and I hope you get it resolved soon. As far as what to do for now with your XFINITY bill, a one time payment can be made using another payment method. You can find details about doing that here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pay-your-bill-echat and you can manage your saved payment method with the directions here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/my-account-app-manage-stored-payments
