Hi there, @user_qhrqt8. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum and sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing while trying to make a payment. There are several reasons a payment method could be declined, such as the card information or expiration date being incorrect, returned payments on the payment method, bank or fraud restrictions, etc. Are you seeing any additional information or error code when it declines? If you don't have another method of payment and the information being used is accurate, you may need to visit an XFINITY Store location to make a payment in person. You can find locations and hours here : https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers

Hello Frank, I was able to use the card on file by calling in. Not sure what is going on with the site or app

I'm glad to hear you were able to get that done by calling in, @user_qhrqt8, thanks for letting us know.  We are not seeing any widespread issues with the site/app currently, but we will note it for tracking purposes. If you run into an issue next time, I would recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser and uninstalling/reinstalling the app to see if that makes a difference. Did you have any other concerns we can help with today?
