Payment declined

For some reason payment has been declined more than once on a card that is active and valid. What or where is the problem?

Hi there, @user_96ec2a. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your card. There could be several reasons for a card to decline, including incorrect billing details, bank fraud alerts, insufficient funds, the card being expired, etc. Have you checked for any of those possibilities?
