There is the great self-help option to see if your account is eligible for a payment arrangement by logging into your account either online or through the Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement
Besides checking on payment arrangement eligibility, there is also the option of seeing if the account is eligible to set up an installment plan for past due balances through the Xfinity Assistant: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/installment-plan-balance-due
