Payment arrangement/any other payment help?

I have a payment arrangement setup for 12/17/20 for $508, was doing really good keeping up with the payments during this pandemic but these past couple of months have been really tough due to covid. I can come up with most of the payment by 12/22 so I was seeing if I could extend out the arrangement out til then.

Also does xfinity offer and type of deferred payment plan or anything that could help during these trying times? I know everyone is struggling right now especially with Christmas almost a week away, so any help would be truly appreciated!

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above. Your account is showing as not elgible for a payment arrangement.

 

As a courtesy, we have credited back any late charges and reactivation fees incurred over the past months. We have also provided an additional small credit on your account for your loyalty. 

 

I hope that helps in making the overall balance due more manageable. 

 

Those credits will post overnight and will be available to view in My Account.
