Payment arrangement

I transferred jobs in my local hospital and with doing so my check didn't deposit two days earlier like it normally does due to being new on the payroll in my current department, my service was disconnected and I need wifi to complete school work that is due later this evening. I tried to chat with an agent but it wouldn't let me.

Working from home myself I completely understand the importance of having your home network up and running. I did want to help get the proper expectations set up that if the account is ineligible for a payment arrangement, I wouldn't be able to get service restored without a payment. - When checking through the chat, were you told the account isn't eligible or was there just no option to see if eligible?
