Payment arrangement for June 12, 2024

My service was suspended. Call yesterday 6/5/24 was told Payment arrangement wasn't approved. I told representative I have confirmation number and an email. She then tells me that she can turn it on for 24 hours. Today I'm suspended again after telling her I couldn't pay until the 12th. Looking in app today it has Payment for June 12,2024

user_w7qde7 Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out. If you are not eligible for a payment arrangement, you are not able to restore your services until the past due amount is paid. The screenshot you sent shows that you SCHEDULED a payment, which does not restore service.

I was eligible for a payment arrangement I have the confirmation number and the payment arrangement is showing in the app now.

Did you look at the confirmation and the payment arrangement is showing in the app
