Payment arrangement

I spoke to an agent via text message to set up an arrangement to make sure that my service would not be interrupted before since I work from home.  I made sure to keep all of the texts of the agent assuring me the service would not be interrupted.  Upon calling today I was informed that I had a “broken arrangement” and was not an eligible for another.  The broken arrangement was when I changed the date in the online platform.  Not sure what to do at this point other than find another provider.

I appreciate you creating a post after originally sending a direct message. Working from home myself, I know how important is to have service up and running. I would like to look at the payment arrangement further, once one has been sent changing the date can effect the eligibility. Since you have sent the DM, I'll meet you back there to continue.
