Made a payment arrangement 2hours ago and my service has not re-connected. How long does it normally take?

Hi, @user_0a5939. Thanks for letting us know. It takes an hour or less and there must be an issue. You received confirmation of your arrangement in email? Just to make sure we are on the same page, a scheduled payment is not an arrangement by itself.
