Payment arrangement extension

I had a payment arrangement scheduled for today September 13 but am unable to pay. Is there any way i can schedule a new arrangement to avoid service suspension on the 14th?

Hello @user_chv4pc thank you for taking the time to reach out on our community forum. Once a payment arrangement is set up we do not have a way to change it. Also, once a payment arrangement is broken you will have to pay the past due balance to restore services. Did you try to change the payment arrangement on the Xfinity app or Xfinity website?

Originally it gave the option to pay 123.02 by September 13th or the full balance between the 14th-20th. The scheduled payment of 123.02 didn’t go through. Is there anyway i can schedule to pay in full by the 20th without my service being suspended the 14th?

If you were on a payment arrangement and the payment did not go through, more than likely the account will be blocked from making a new one @user_chv4pc, but we can take a look. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
