Payment arraignments SHOULD NOT BE

I recently made a payment arrangement & called back immediately to cancel it, ever since then I have been getting non stop emails about the amount that will be taken from my account.

THAT DEBT WAS PAID!

Xfinity IS NOT AUTHORIZED WITHDRAW FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT BASED ON A CANCELED & ALREADY PAID DEBT.

Stop the emails & do not touch my account.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_8f21jh Hi there! Thanks for using our Forums to contact us and we are here to help review the account to provide you peace of mind after the payment you made. Please send me your full name and address to get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
