Past due balance

I talked to a Xfinity mobile agent I owed a past due balance I set up a repayment plan . And than we agreed to have it set up the back due balance over 3 months . Today I was only suppose to have the current bill come out of $176 and instead the entire balance came out and put my account in the negative. I’m very angry by this!!
