Password is NG now. I cant log in
I waited for the code by email and phone it never came. I tried to make a payment without logging in, that doesn't work. So I
called. That is a big waste of time. I don't have my freaking credit card's last 4 numbers. It is unavailable. I used to be able
to enter the last 4 numbers of SS, that is NG now.
I can't stand the options when I call. It is the worst of any company in the USA

Hi there! If you are having trouble accessing your account, you will need to contact our Customer Security assurance team to verify your identity. You can go to https://spa.xfinity.com/report and choose the "I failed Identity verification" option and fill out the form.
They do have a phone number you can call which may be a faster option at 1-888-565-4329.
