Paperless Billing

I just received an Xfinity email that says I will be switched to paperless billing. Is this true ? I do not bank on-line, and I support USPS.  How am I supposed to pay the bill ?

There are two solutions, and you'll probably choose the 2nd one.

1.)  Go to My Account to see your billing statement.  It's in PDF form so you can print it out and still mail in your check with the payment coupon.

2.)  On February 15th, you can go to My Account and opt out of paperless billing.

Well, it does tell you what to do if you want to continue to receive paper bills.  You also could call 800-COMCAST or 800-XFINITY to 'chat' with them:

see this answer that i got: Starting February 10, 2021, your account will be switched to paperless billing... it looks like you will be able to change it back on the 15th using my account.

I'm perfectly capable of reading and comprehending, Thanks ! Why should I be required to call Xfinity for anything? If I wanted to pay on-line , I would do so. If not, I should be able to continue receiving mailed invoices.
