Overcharging
I’m being over charged for wifi everywhere it says 60-70 a month for the gigabit service but I’m being charged 85 a month which went up because they stopped doing autopay which made my bill higher then proceeded to hit me with all these one time charges in consecutive months on top of all that that makes my bill over 100 dollars a month which I wasn’t aware of now I owe over 240 dollars because of late fees and onetime charges that are clearly not one time charges when it happens every month

Would you be able to post the charges you are referring to on your Xfinity billing statement? You can quickly and easily review your Xfinity billing statement online by visiting our 'How to view your Xfinity bill online' support page.
If your plan is available for the Self-Service Discount, you should be able to enable both Automatic Payments and Paperless Billing to enable the $5 or $10 monthly discount.
If you provide a snippet of your billing statement, please ensure all personal information is removed so we can go over the charges together.
