OVERCHARGED SINCE APRIL, MISDEMEANOR CRIME IN CALIFORNIA

I have written several emails to specific xfinity supervisors totaling 6 emails with no return callback. I am on hold with an agent named Ice from Internet essentials and she is looking for any excuse to xfer me, I have dealt with your third party agents who are a waste of money and my time. I have written five emails to Fredeisha @

On April 28th I paid my bill in full until the next day and then I lowered my services to $205 a month which is ridiculous, and I had one day of credit and you billed me over $700 when xfinity owed me a days service. Then as a I waited since April for a callback from retention management the call back never came. I was given $300 in credits for a bad experience and overcharges and it was eaten up by erroneous charges, then I had to make two additional payments that I didn’t owe just to keep my services on as we work from home. When I made the service change a days credit was due to me. My may statement should have had one days credit on it as well as the $300 in credits given for a total of -$95.00, then I paid another 20 something dollars and then another payment the month after that. I am owed several hundred dollars not the almost $800 bill that I am being charged. In the great state of California an overcharge of .01-.99 is an infraction against the business like a speeding ticket, once your company overcharged by $1.00 it became a misdemeanor crime in California where I reside. On the Fourth of July four of your third party agents harassed me for almost two hours passing me around the room, saying I had to verify the account when the screen popped. Then one of the agents divulged account information to me without verifying who they were talking to. I have had horrible experiences with your third party agents on the weekends and holidays, I am fed up, I have been overcharged for the last 3-4 years and it needs to stop and accountability assigned, I can’t even rent movies because of your erroneous overcharges. A class action was just settled for overcharging on the east coast. I have requested a retention manager multiple times and I am requesting a manager callback on 8/6/24 6:00am pst - 11:30am pst. If this is not resolved and if I am not given back all the credits and the over charges corrected I will be filing a complaint with the consumer financial protection bureau. Then overcharging is a crime. Your concentrix agents or whatever your third party company out of Mexico is they need to all be fired, the money you save is not worth the poor customer service and loss of customers. When are you going to revolutionize the cable industry and start rewarding the loyal customers with the lower price packages not the new customers only like you do now. Your billing system is out of date, your system overcharges hundreds of people daily, the broadcasting fee changes along with the other regulatory fees all the time, and that fee never changes and is always supposed to be the same. My roommate worked in the cable industry for years and told me he saw overcharges all the time and that he believed they were intentional, you can’t have that many mistakes every day and it not be intentional or negligent take your pick of the worse evil. Either way xfinity doesn’t own the overcharges and they keep stealing from the American public in the way of overcharges. See the class action lawsuit settled after 9 years in limbo. I would hate to see that happen out here in California. Please have the highest form of Management contact me regarding my accounts first thing Monday morning. I am prepared to cancel all Lines of Service and My mobile if this is not settled to my satisfaction. This has been going on for 5 months for the most recent issue and four years of overcharges on past bills. This is unacceptable, you are going to have to earn my business back, I have been paying $300-$400 a month when I should be paying $130-$150 for those lines of service. I can get fiber internet at 2GIG for $50 a month thru fidium fiber, and you charge me almost $100 for 200-300mbps and we never get the full speed we pay for. 👎🏻🚽🧻
