overcharged on my bill

Hi, I was very displeased with my recent Comcast bill. My bill was 190.00 dollars too high- claiming I didnt pay for the month of May. When in fact I did pay for the month of May with a credit card. When I called to clear things up and try and figure out what was going on with this bill I spent 3 hours on the phone. They told me that apparently they refunded the amount to my card in June ( but could not give me a reason as to why). Looked back on my credit card statements and there is absolutely no refunds from them. I told Comcast that and they gave me the card number they refunded it to and I dont even own a card ending in those numbers!!!!!!! Therefore I never received a refund. And I paid my credit card bill. So here we are in September and they are telling me I owe them money??? I have proof that i have paid for every single month that i have had Comcast and on time! The girl that I spent the 3 hours on the phone with Wednesday said her superviser would follow up with me on Thursday and I never received a call. I'm literally so disgusted with this whole situation- the amount of time Ive taken away from my day and work to fix this and I can get no answers. SERIOUSLY considering cancelling Comcast!

Hi, @user_dde49a. I appreciate your time working on this and can understand wanting to take care of it. We can look into putting in a ticket with our finance team to resolve it. Can you direct message your name and address, please?

Make sure you are signed in.

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon(direct message) near the bell icon. 2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

2.Hit the compose button to the right of "conversations"

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
