Over charging

Xfinity is the worst! If I had any other options in my area, I would have gone with them. They are outrageous. I have had to call on multiple billing cycles because they have taken more than the agreed upon amount. I'm over my account being credited instead of them just doing their jobs and only taking what is owed. It is illegal and hopefully they will be looked into further about this because I am not the only person they continue to steal money from
