outage
Had an outage on 3/4 work was being done put in a credit was told ineligible for it had to come back on 3/10 to finish the work and put in another credit for 3/10 and received same ineligible I think I should get a credit for both days

work is all done got a text on 3/11 everything is complete just waiting for credit for 3/4 3/10 and 3/11 for outages thank you
