How do I go about getting a credit on my account? My service has been out since 530 am (7 hours as of now). I am unable to do any work and I had to scramble to find somewhere else safe for my kids to do their remote learning because they had tests and could not do them using their cell phones.

@CROCK1 Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above.
We have applied a credit for the time without services covering 1/8 through 1/14. In addition we have credited back any recent late charges as a courtesy.
You will be able to view these credits on your next statement and also via My Account.
