Outage credits for Texas power outages

We were without power for two days.  We have Xfinity for home security, cable, internet and mobile phone service.  How do we get a credit.

Hello @877770335142681. We are not able to provide credits for service being offline due to lack of power within the home as your modem needs power in order to provide you with a connection. However, if you were without service even after power was restored, we can check if you'd be eligible for some credits!

To adhere to our community rules, we do ask that you wait to send us a message until you are asked to do so by us. This is to help ensure we can help everyone in the most efficient way as possible and provide as much information publicly to benefit others. We did receive your private message and we'll be replying to you there shortly to provide you with the support you need with this!

@ComcastShayne I've been spending the last hour trying to send a message to some and still can't figure out how to do it.  Can someone help me with getting credit for the Texas power outages?
