Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Currently you have an outage in my area. I work remote and I’m unable to work due to your outage. My outage is in Spokane, WA zip code 99206. Xfinity expects me to pay my bill for services but when you have an outage I have no services. When can I expect credit to my bill?
