Order Pending Since March

I called Xfinity Support back in March in order to change my internet plan because it was costing too much, we were able to change it and I received an email that my order had been confirmed. However, in May I noticed my bill still hadn't changed so I talked with a chat agent to try and figure out what was wrong with my bill and by the end of the conversation they said they had fixed it but my bill for June was still the wrong amount. Every time I try to change my plan or view my plan info on the Xfinity app or website it says that I already have an order in the works. I really need help with this problem because I cant afford what I am paying right now.
