Online Statements

I am unable to gain access to my statement online. My Statement History is also not available.

I called support but he said he would send the error to another department. He told me to keep checking my online account until the issues is cleared up.

This has been happening for the past week.

I see no billing information. I get the message "Failed to load, This information is unavailable at the moment, or it didn't load as expected."

I have had Xfinity for a long time and this is frustrating. 

What can I do. I would like to see the bill that is automatically paid each month.

I won't show up. You'll have to type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
