Old Xfinity TV boxes still on bill
I was just made aware that 2 old Xfinity boxes from earlier than 2020 were still being charged monthly to my account. I moved from my previous address in 2020 and 2 of the 3 boxes were returned in December 2020. I only use my new upgraded box at my current address. I went in and deleted the old boxes, and I do not expect to be reimbursed for all those months, but now it is saying that I will be charged for the "lost" boxes. Is there anything I can do to rectify this?

Typically, we do not allow for deletion of the equipment, but returns only. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you.
