NOWTV added to my account without permission
I just discovered that on July 16th NOW TV was added to my account without my permission. I never signed up for NOW TV, nor did anyone in my household, nor do I have the NOW TV app installed on any of my TVs.
My bill shows a partial charge for July and August and a new monthly charge of $20 going forward which increased my next bill (September 8th) from $65 to $106 and bills after that to $85 per month.
I tried cancelling the subscription as recommended elsewhere but it doesn't show up that I have an active subscription so I can't even do that.
I need this fixed immediately with the additional charges removed and my next bill reverted to $65.

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
