NOW TV additional charge
Hello,
For the past two years I've been paying $50 a month for Xfinity Wifi and I have not changed my plan, but a few months ago the charges raised to $89. This is a significant jump. I looked at the breakdown of costs and it looks like my plan now costs $69, which I can do, but there is an extra charge for NOW TV for an additional $20 per month. How do I remove only the NOW TV subscription? I never consented to the added charge.

Hi there, @user_coral. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. We can review your account and remove NOW TV and see how it may have gotten on the account.
Please send a direct message to us including your full name and complete street address.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
1-Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2-Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3-Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4-In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5-As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6-An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7-Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8-Press Enter to send it.
