Not Receiving ACP discount even though I qualify
I recently applied for and qualified for the ACP discount for wifi. Each time I try to apply it to my account online, I get an error stating that it can't find my account. I went into the Xfinity store last week and tried to get them to help me, and they stated they had it applied. I keep checking my email and account to see if I got confirmation of it being applied, which they said I would get within 24 hours, and still haven't recieved it. How do I get this discount actually applied? This isn't the first time I've tried to get the discount, as I tried last year and had the same results.
